Get to Know Me

Lauren Moseley, MBA, began her real estate career in 2009 when she moved back to the Bay Area from Los Angeles, where she had been working as a senior photo artist for a luxury fine art studio for six years. She aimed to pursue a career that has always interested her—real estate—in the place where she grew up.
 
Lauren focused on commercial properties for a decade before moving to the residential side in 2019. During her 10-year career in commercial real estate, she assisted in one of the largest lease acquisitions in San Francisco history—Salesforce.com at Salesforce tower. During her time directing teams, Lauren was recognized for “Top Talent Retention” and “Team of the Year” accolades, while also becoming more passionate about the dynamic industry that is the cornerstone for any business or person.
 
Now, Lauren uses her decades of experience to empower the team at Real Estate Experts. Her strategic planning efforts create organic growth by optimizing and managing the business development efforts of the sales team. Using her business expertise, she helps each agent create a thriving real estate ecosystem, which leads to more closed contracts. Lauren is at the forefront of recruiting efforts with aggressive plans to scale the team with right-fit partner acquisitions.
 
Lauren enjoys maintaining a connection to her community by donating to local animal rescue groups, the American Cancer Society, and the Red Cross. In her spare time, you’ll find her hiking, concert-going, rooting for her favorite team, the Warriors, and entertaining friends and family at her house in Santa Cruz.
